As someone who has led teams, built products, and advised ventures, I’ve seen both sides: the excitement of innovation, and the frustration of talent being underutilized in traditional systems. In today’s world, more people are realizing that the best use of their talent isn’t in a job—it’s in a venture. But that leap isn’t easy. Many of these would-be founders are hitting walls—not for lack of passion, but because they lack the frameworks, community, and confidence to build something lasting.

I’ve built and scaled products across healthtech, AI, and consumer SaaS. I’ve worked with elite teams and seen the impact the right strategy and mindset can have. So I built Yad-Venturist not just as a venture, but as a mission—to systematically unlock early-stage founder potential.
